Hyatt Place Daytona Beach-Oceanfront, the first oceanfront Hyatt Place hotel, is situated directly on the beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. The 143-room hotel is 10 minutes from Interstate 95 and provides easy access to the Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach Pier and Boardwalk, Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, Jackie Robinson Ballpark, the Halifax Historical Museum and the Ocean Walk Shoppes and Movies.

 

New Designs

 

Grand Hyatt Beijing unveiled its newly remodeled 234 guestrooms, known as the Grand Premium rooms. Based on contemporary clean lines, the Grand Premium rooms feature new carpets, wallpaper, fixtures and furnishings, all radiating Hyatt’s elegant attention to detail. The all-white bedding and bed headboard, and the complementing bathrooms furnished with sleek new vanity mirrors and soft lighting define the sophistication of the new guestroom.

 

Grand Hyatt Denver completed a $28 million redesign, unveiling 516 new guest rooms. The downtown Denver, Colorado hotel, located at 17th and Welton Streets, brought to its accommodations a completely new décor replete with natural materials, rich textures and warm modern furnishings, providing a comfortable and welcoming feel to the residential-style accommodations.

 

Grand Hyatt Taipei completed the first phase of its renovations, introducing newly appointed guestrooms and suites in the hotel’s west wing (facing the Taipei World Trade Centre side), a completely redesigned Grand Club® Lounge and upgraded meeting facilities.

 

Grand Hyatt Washington, located in the heart of Washington, DC in trendy Penn Quarter, completed a $23 million renovation of its guestrooms and expanded its Grand Club lounge to double the size.

 

Boasting a premier location in Bellevue, Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside recently underwent a $185 million expansion adding a stunning new guest tower and more than 53,000 square feet of event space.

 

Completed in late 2012, Hyatt Regency Boston has a brand new, stylish and sophisticated look and feel. The lobby displays striking color schemes, polished marble registration pods and vibrant new artwork. Complementing the full service restaurant, Avenue One Express is the perfect option for guests on the go. This modern makeover has revitalized the meeting space with creative lighting, ultramodern furniture, state-of-the-art boardrooms, a striking marble registration desk and much more.

 

Hyatt Regency Chicago, the city's largest hotel, unveiled a $168 million renovation in May that has enhanced the entire property. The hotel features a chic new lobby, revamped guestrooms and meeting spaces, and an array of exciting new and re-concepted dining experiences, including Stetsons Modern Steak + Sushi, America Craft Kitchen and Bar, Market Chicago, BIG Bar, and DaddyO’s Pub and Game Room.

 

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati completed a $23 million renovation of its lobby and 491 guestrooms. The new lobby features a variety of seating areas for guests to gather, while the front desk area is equipped with pods for front desk employees to interact with guests, in addition to the new upscale Red Roost Tavern and The Market. The hotel’s newly enhanced guestrooms are furnished in neutral tones with red accents and they include new bedding, wall coverings, drapes, workstations, carpeting, mini-refrigerators, safes and 42-inch flat-screen TVs.

 

Hyatt Regency Dallas recently completed a $50-million makeover and upgrade of its 1,120 guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors, less than a year after construction began and just in time to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the hotel. Seeking to capture the identity and personality of "new Dallas," while aligning with the hotel's timeless exterior, the team of EDG Interior Architecture and Design and CamargoCopeland Architects took an artistic and interpretive approach to creating the new sleek, sculptural guest-room design.

 

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress recently completed the second phase of the hotel’s $54 million renovation. The extensive transformation included a modern restyling of all 65,000 square feet of meeting space, creating a more modern feel that is brighter, fresher and more open and inviting.

 

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino recently completed a $20 million renovation of its guestrooms, Sierra Café and the Spa Terrace Conference Center. Boasting an unrivaled location in the Sierras with iconic lake and mountain views, the resort transformation promises an unmatched Tahoe experience with the complete redesign of the property’s 398 guestrooms and suites, as well as a completely new look for the resort’s approachable all-day dining restaurant, Sierra Café, and the Spa Terrace Conference Center. Designed by the renowned design and architecture firm with offices in New York City and San Francisco, CCS Architecture.

 

Hyatt Regency McCormick Place completed its multi-million dollar expansion and renovation, which includes a new guestroom tower, renovated outlets, meetings and public space. In partnership with McCormick Place Convention Center, Hyatt Regency McCormick Place can confirm short-term in-house meetings into the largest collection of first class meeting space in the Western Hemisphere.

 

Hyatt Regency Newport Beach completed a comprehensive $15 million renovation, which began in November 2012. One of Newport Beach’s most esteemed resorts since 1962, the landmark hotel received a complete reinvention that encompassed all aspects of the property – from the grand front drive, porte-cochère, and lobby to its 407 guest rooms and suites, to its pools, extensive grounds, and restaurants.

 

Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, located just steps from the U.S. Capitol, completed a $19 million redesign of its guestrooms and public spaces.
